The Galaxy Global Corporation management team consists of professionals dedicated
to providing and delivering best-value services and solutions based on innovative
applications of technology.

Maria Zenaida F. Cunanan (Zeny), Founder, President & CEO of
Galaxy Global Corporation.
Ms. Cunanan attended University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines where she received
her BS in Medical Technology-Magna Cum Laude. She also attended the
Harvard University School of Business Administration Owner/President Management
Program 1995.

Ms. Cunanan is well known within the Information Technology and IV&V business
community. Ms. Cunanan also served as President and was on the Board of Directors
for the West Virginia High Technology Consortium from 1991-1995. In 2000,
she was appointed by Congressman Alan B. Mollohan to serve on the Decadal High Technology
industry in West Virginia to study the progress of the high technology in West Virginia.
She has served on various committees and has provided public service to her community,
city and state.

Ms. Cunanan is the recipient of many awards and accolades, some of which are noted

- Delegate International Congress of Arts & Communications, Oxford University 1997.
- Recognized in the American Biographical Institute’s 7th edition of Notable American

- One of the Twenty Outstanding Filipino Americans in the United States, 1992, Washington,
DC.
- United States Small Business Administration – 1992 Women in Business Advocate of
the Year Award.

Susan Stogran, Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
|
Ms Stogran has over 25 years of Accounting Experience. She joined Galaxy in
2001 formally working as a Supervisor Accountant for Toothman Rice, P.L.L.C.
As
Chief Financial Officer of Galaxy, Ms. Stogran is responsible for all financial
aspects of the company. In addition, all elements of contracts and subcontracts
management and administration fall under her purview. Ms. Stogran is active
in the professional community as she is a National Contracts Management Association
(NCMA) member serving on the award committee. Ms. Stogran received her BS
in Accounting from Salem College and her Associates Degree in Accounting from Fairmont
State College.

Melinda K. Oliverio, Director, Human Resources.
|
Melinda has been in the workforce since 1985 and has progressively and consistently
attained year over year responsibilities and delegated authority. Melinda
joined Galaxy in 1993, here she is responsible for all aspects of Human resources
and recruiting. She implements the best practices in regards to competitive
programs and policies in executive/management/employee compensation, benefits, and
short-term and long-term incentives. Ms. Oliverio also ensures that employee
relations are compliant with Government employee statues and labor laws. Melinda
is an active member of the National Contracts Management Association, a charter member of
the Marion County Chapter of Administrative Professionals and a member of the National SHRM Association.

Tina Mascaro, Vice President for Business Development |
Ms. Mascaro received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Aerospace Engineering from
West Virginia University in 1988 and brings over 18 years of technical and managerial
experience to Galaxy Global Corporation. Ms. Mascaro has been involved with NASA
since her career began supporting Space Shuttle Mission Operations, Independent
Verification and Validation of NASA flight software and various spacecraft operations.
She has over 15 years of Project and Program Management experience and is a certified
Project Management Professional (PMP). Her background and experience in large-scale
business practices, business development, government contracts and quality management
are essential in support of Galaxy’s goals.
