Galaxy Business Philosphy and Ethics

Galaxy is recognized as an ethical company with integrity. Our Management Team wants
to ensure our dedication to maintaining the fundamental principles of fairness,
honesty and common sense. These principles are the heart of the our company's philosophy,
values and corporate standards.
Our belief in strong business ethics should form the basis for all of our relationships
with employees, customers, partners, competitors, suppliers and colleagues. Actions
that fall short of, or perceived to fall short of, these standards can only undermine
Galaxy’s business integrity, standards of excellence, and ultimately our success.
Because preserving these values and business ethics is a responsibility we all hold,
it is incumbent upon each and every employee, manager and officer of Galaxy to take
a few moments to read and review Galaxy’s Mission, Values and Business Ethics Statements/Policy.
This is only intended to provide an overview of some of the most important principles
underlying Galaxy’s code of business ethics. Many of these guidelines are discussed
in greater detail in our Human Resources Policies and Procedures located within
the Human Resources Department.
Any violation of this policy will result in immediate disciplinary action, up to
and including termination of employment. By working together and continuing to honor
the high standards, Galaxy has we can move forward in efforts of carrying on our
commitment to integrity in everything we do.
